Loyal & Reliable
Loyal and friendly customer service. We have an old door that is a pain and kept locking shut. It’s now under warranty with window geeks and they’ve managed to fix it. I was worried they were getting sick of me calling with the door keep playing up and having to return to fix it again but the positive attitudes from the guys who came out was a relief and they were positive they could fix it. They also fixed our window mechanisms too. Came when they said they would, did what they said they would!

These guys are amazing! I submitted an online request this morning and Adam has just walked out the door after changing the locking mechanisms on two of our windows. Painless & straighforward
The whole process was painless and straight forward.
They pointed out two slight blemishes on units they had replaced. Which were replaced a week later. They came when they said they would, did exactly what was required and cleaned up after themselves. I can’t find fault with any step of the process.
