We’ve had a problem with both sets of our french doors almost since fitting. Both sets allow noise from outside and one leaks. Adam diagnosed the problems immediately and how to fix them. Nothing was too much trouble for him and what a lovely man to work in our home. Friendly, chatty but above all a good, professional workman. Did an excellent job and cleaned up when he’d finished. Excellent service. Came out a week or so earlier. Gave me a written estimate, i honestly thought that we’d need a new window but they said they could carry out repairs to the hinge mechanism. They came back a week later and sure enough, after just over an hour later, they had the Bathroom window repaired. No fuss, no mess, just quietly got on and fixed it.
