Our Coronavirus Policy

During the current coronavirus pandemic, please be assured that WindowGeeks follow all current government advice and guidelines when visiting customers homes.

Even with the toughest local restrictions in place, tradesmen are able to work in customers homes providing we follow social distancing and regular hand washing/anti bac hand care. We would ask that you please provide us with handwashing facilities for when we may require them.

The wearing of face coverings or masks is not mandatory for tradesmen working in England, however. We will be more than happy to wear a face-covering on request when passing through your home or when we need to speak to you directly about a job.

Our type of work is generally non-obtrusive, with us servicing and repairing windows, doors and conservatories and we are usually working next to an open window or door anyway.

We will never send any of our engineers to your home if any of us are experiencing covid 19 symptoms. Likewise, we would please ask that you let us know if anyone in your own household is either high risk, isolating whilst waiting for a result, isolating because of a positive result or are untested but experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

Should you have any questions at all then either contact us by clicking HERE or give us a call.

Another excellent job at our house on a replacement double glazed window. Super time keeping, clean quality work. All completed to a high standard. Polite staff at all stages. Very happy to recommend again.

2 jobs completed by Windowgeeks today, a broken window locking mechanism and a back door rebalancing. Both completed efficiently and courteously. My thanks to Adam for a job well done. I recommend this company.

Adam from Window Geeks has fixed our bifold doors today. They didn’t open easily since they were installed. Great job from start to finish; turned up when he said he would, did what he said he would and charged what was quoted. Our bifold doors now run super smoothly! Thank you!

I ordered a couple of replacement double glazed panels, replacement door seals and a window hinge in December but due to the pandemic decided to postpone installation. I offered to pay for the cost of the items and the balance on completion but was advised by Sarah (who was very helpful and considerate) this wasn’t necessary and installation would be delayed until I was comfortable in allowing it to go ahead……which I really appreciated. The job was completed yesterday by Aron who was prompt, friendly and efficient. There was no mess and everything now operates as it should. This is the first time I’ve used Window Geeks but will do so again. Thanks.

I got in touch with Window Geeks as my front door had dropped so there was a gap, making it very draughty. I sent a request via the website and someone called me back within a couple of days to arrange for someone to take a look and give me a quote. Adam came out and advised that the door needed a service to straighten it up. I was aware it could take up to 4 weeks for my job to be done as they’re so busy, but Adam actually ended up doing the work just a week later. He was polite, friendly and professional and had finished the job within an hour. Adam seemed very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with how the door fitted before he left. All of my dealings with Window Geeks were easy and stress-free – I’d be very happy to contact them again if I ever have any other problems with windows or doors.
