Even with the toughest local restrictions in place, tradesmen are able to work in customers homes providing we follow social distancing and regular hand washing/anti bac hand care. We would ask that you please provide us with handwashing facilities for when we may require them.
The wearing of face coverings or masks is not mandatory for tradesmen working in England, however. We will be more than happy to wear a face-covering on request when passing through your home or when we need to speak to you directly about a job.
Our type of work is generally non-obtrusive, with us servicing and repairing windows, doors and conservatories and we are usually working next to an open window or door anyway.
We will never send any of our engineers to your home if any of us are experiencing covid 19 symptoms. Likewise, we would please ask that you let us know if anyone in your own household is either high risk, isolating whilst waiting for a result, isolating because of a positive result or are untested but experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

Very large glass replaced on landing window.. Aaron the fitter managed this on his own. New inline locks replaced in bathroom and bedroom … Aaron was clean and tidy and followed covid 19 safety at all times… good work with thanks. Absolutely fantastic service received from Windows Geeks, would be nice if more companies provided this level of customer service. From initial contact we received a quick response for a quote to be arranged, they then managed to get the job done early for us as we had a deadline to meet. We had the majority of the glass in the windows throughout the house changed, Adam and the second fitter were a pleasure to have in our home, they worked fast and tidily and the quality of the glass provided has made a huge difference to the heat loss in the house as well as improved the appearance. One pane of glass was missing (manufacturers error not theirs) and all staff went above and beyond to make sure this was rectified within a week. My French doors had multiple issues leaving up to 5mm gaps around the door seals and also between the frame and brickwork.

Fabulous service from the Window Geeks team. An upstairs side window was leaking as inside plaster was damp. Having found the website from a Google search I was pleased to see the Window Geeks would reseal frames. After ringing up to give my details Sarah rang back almost immediately to arrange a visit by Aron. He came to inspect on Tuesday explained what the issues could be and gave me a quote. He came back today Thursday to carry out the work. Texts were received on each day updating me as to his arrival time. He had to access the outside frame from inside the room and rapidly identified the issue (caused by a cowboy builder installation years ago). He carried out the repairs and tidied up in just over an hour. I was very impressed with the service. Thanks To all the Window Geeks team.

I have found WindowGeeks to be excellent. We had a window implode and WindowGeeks have replaced for a reasonable price and whilst not managing to match the current pattern, we have managed to replace two panels for less than our window manufacturer quoted for one. Great communication, will definitely use again.
