During the current coronavirus pandemic, please be assured that WindowGeeks follow all current government advice and guidelines when visiting customers homes.
Even with the toughest local restrictions in place, tradesmen are able to work in customers homes providing we follow social distancing and regular hand washing/anti bac hand care. We would ask that you please provide us with handwashing facilities for when we may require them.
The wearing of face coverings or masks is not mandatory for tradesmen working in England, however. We will be more than happy to wear a face-covering on request when passing through your home or when we need to speak to you directly about a job.
Our type of work is generally non-obtrusive, with us servicing and repairing windows, doors and conservatories and we are usually working next to an open window or door anyway.
We will never send any of our engineers to your home if any of us are experiencing covid 19 symptoms. Likewise, we would please ask that you let us know if anyone in your own household is either high risk, isolating whilst waiting for a result, isolating because of a positive result or are untested but experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

Brilliant Service & communication
We were really pleased with the service given by Window Geeks. They quickly identified our problem and assured us they could rectify it. They came on the day they said they would and kept us informed during the day of time of arrival. They carried out the work quietly and efficiently in the time specified.
Great Service
Great service. Adam was friendly and polite, working quickly and professionally. Very impressed with the work carried out. My front door needed a service after being almost unusable due to it having dropped. Also, one of our windows would not open due to a lock and handle failure. Both now work perfectly! Fair price too.
Leaky conservatory and door lock
It was really refreshing to have someone come and look at the problems, decide what was needed, quote a cost, and later arrive on time and complete the work. Paul did this, I had a leaking conservatory roof and a front door locking problem. From beginning to end the process was straightforward, I was kept in touch with what was going to happen and when. And importantly, I am very happy with all the work which was completed.
Excellent Service
Extremely helpful and understanding. He new what the requirements of the job were and went above and beyond to find the right hinges for our French doors. Arrived on time and completed the job and cleaned up after himself. A really nice guy and I would definitely recommend Windowgeeks Runcorn to my family and friends.well done and thank you.
Just Fabulous
Fabulous. Our now aging conservatory had a roof that had never been right and on windy days allowed the wind to blow in. Contacted Window Geeks and they did a fabulous job and we are now breeze free! Dont know why we didnt contact them before. So easy to deal with and excellent value for money. Deservedly five star! view less
